Bulk Earthworks
Bulk Earthworks Brisbane | Urban Earth & Civil
High-volume earthmoving for major developments and civil projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Cut-and-fill operations, site levelling, and efficient material movement handled by an experienced, owner-operated team.
What we deliver
Bulk earthworks require careful planning, the right equipment, and experienced operators who understand how to move material efficiently. We bring all three to every project.
From large residential subdivisions to commercial and industrial site preparation, we manage cut-and-fill operations, site levelling, stockpiling, and material cartage to keep your project on schedule.
We work closely with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to ensure volumes are accurate, compaction standards are met, and the site is ready for the next stage of construction.

Frequently asked questions
What size projects do you handle?
We handle everything from small residential lots through to large multi-stage subdivisions and commercial developments. No project is too small or too large for our team.
What does bulk earthworks cost?
Bulk earthworks pricing is based on volume, equipment required, haul distances, and site conditions. We provide detailed quotes after reviewing your plans and conducting a site assessment.
What equipment do you use for bulk earthworks?
We use excavators, posi tracks, and tipper trucks suited to the scale of the project. For very large projects, we coordinate additional plant as required.
Do you provide compaction testing?
We coordinate compaction testing with accredited labs. We ensure the fill is placed and compacted to meet engineering specifications before testing is carried out.
Can you cart material off-site?
Yes. We manage spoil removal and material cartage with our own tipper truck. Tip fees and cartage are quoted separately so you know the full cost upfront.
How long does a bulk earthworks project take?
Timeframes depend on the volume of material, site conditions, and access. We'll provide a realistic program when we quote, and keep you updated throughout the project.
