Do you handle waste and spoil removal?
Yes. We manage spoil, cleared vegetation, concrete waste, and material removal as part of the site prep scope. Tip fees and cartage are quoted separately so you know the full cost upfront.
Can you remove old concrete slabs and driveways?
Absolutely. We break out and remove old concrete slabs, driveways, paths, and other hard surfaces as part of site preparation. All material is removed from site and disposed of at approved facilities.
How long does site preparation take?
Timeframes vary depending on the size of the site, the volume of vegetation and material to be removed, and site access. Most residential site prep jobs are completed within 1–5 days. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we quote.
Can you clear vegetation and overgrown blocks?
Yes — that's one of our most common site prep jobs. We handle vegetation clearing, lantana removal, scrub grubbing, and rough clearing to prepare overgrown blocks for construction. For large tree removal requiring an arborist, we coordinate with specialists.
What happens to the cleared material?
All cleared vegetation, concrete, and waste material is removed from site and disposed of at approved facilities. We manage the full process and provide tip dockets as required.
